You will source and screen candidates against role requirements, and manage offers and closure with hiring managers. Required: hands-on experience with Sourcing, Boolean search, Screening, Interview coordination, and working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Greenhouse. Preferred: MBA HR or LinkedIn Certified Recruiter. Success in this role is measured by time to fill, offer acceptance rate, source-to-hire ratio.
