Representative job description

We are looking for a Quality Analyst to audit transactions against quality parameters. You will identify root causes and drive CAPA, and run calibration and coaching sessions with teams. Required: hands-on experience with Call and case auditing, Root cause analysis, CAPA, Quality scorecards, and working knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Quality management tools. Preferred: Six Sigma Green Belt or ISO 9001 Internal Auditor. Success in this role is measured by audit score, defect rate, post-coaching improvement.
