Representative job description

We are looking for an Industrial Relations Manager to manage industrial relations and union engagement at plant level. You will handle disciplinary and grievance proceedings, and ensure labour law and contract labour compliance. Required: hands-on experience with Labour law compliance, Union negotiation, Disciplinary proceedings, Settlement agreements, and working knowledge of Excel, HRIS, Compliance trackers. Preferred: MBA HR or PGDM IR or Diploma in Labour Law. Success in this role is measured by man-days lost, IR incidents closed, statutory compliance score.
