Representative job description

We are looking for a HR Generalist to run day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You will handle employee queries, grievances and engagement, and maintain HRIS data and statutory compliance. Required: hands-on experience with Employee relations, Onboarding, HR policy administration, Payroll inputs, and working knowledge of Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, Excel. Preferred: MBA HR or SHRM-CP or PGDM HR. Success in this role is measured by time to onboard, employee satisfaction score, attrition rate.
