Required: hands-on experience with HR dashboards, Attrition analysis, Headcount reporting, Survey analysis, and working knowledge of Power BI, Excel, SQL. Preferred: MBA HR or Data analytics certification. Success in this role is measured by report turnaround time, forecast accuracy on attrition, data accuracy.
