Representative job description
We are looking for a Production Engineer to run daily production against the plan on the assigned line. You will reduce downtime and cycle time through Kaizen, and maintain SOPs, safety and quality standards on the shop floor. Required: hands-on experience with Production planning, Line balancing, Cycle time reduction, Downtime analysis, and working knowledge of SAP PP, Excel, AutoCAD. Preferred: B.Tech Mechanical or Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Manufacturing certification. Success in this role is measured by OEE, production plan adherence, rejection rate.
