Representative job description

We are looking for an Operations Manager to own day-to-day operations for the assigned business unit. You will drive SLA adherence and cost efficiency, and lead process improvement projects with cross-functional teams. Required: hands-on experience with Process improvement, SLA management, Capacity planning, Vendor management, and working knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SAP.
