Representative job description

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to assess functional independence and design therapy plans. You will train patients and families on adaptive strategies, and track and document goal attainment. Required: hands-on experience with Functional assessment, Activity analysis, Assistive device training, Paediatric therapy, and working knowledge of Assessment kits, EMR, Adaptive equipment. Preferred: BOT or MOT or AIOTA Registration. Success in this role is measured by independence scores, goal attainment rate, sessions to discharge.
