Representative job description

We are looking for a M&A Associate to run valuation and diligence for acquisition targets. You will model synergies and deal structures, and support negotiation and post-merger integration planning. Required: hands-on experience with Valuation, Due diligence, Deal structuring, Synergy modelling, and working knowledge of Excel, Capital IQ, PowerPoint. Preferred: CFA or CA or MBA Finance. Success in this role is measured by deals closed, synergy realisation, diligence issues surfaced pre-close.
