Representative job description

We are looking for a Loan Officer to source and process loan applications end to end. You will verify documents and assess borrower eligibility, and coordinate sanction, disbursal and post-disbursement compliance. Required: hands-on experience with Loan origination, Document verification, Eligibility assessment, KYC, and working knowledge of Core banking systems, CIBIL, Excel. Preferred: NISM Certification or IIBF Certification. Success in this role is measured by disbursement volume, login-to-disbursal conversion, delinquency in sourced book.
