You will map current and future-state processes, and coordinate UAT and sign-off with business users. Required: hands-on experience with Requirement elicitation, BRD/FRD writing, Process mapping, Gap analysis, and working knowledge of Jira, Visio, Confluence. Preferred: CBAP or ECBA.
