Representative job description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders. You will translate needs into user stories and process flows, and coordinate UAT and post-release validation. Required: hands-on experience with Requirement gathering, Process mapping, Gap analysis, Stakeholder management, and working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Excel. Preferred: CBAP or Agile certification or MBA. Success in this role is measured by requirement sign-off cycle time, defect leakage in UAT, adoption of delivered features.
